NC Bill 158 seeks to classify abortion – or trying to get one – as first degree murder or attempted murder respectively.
NC can do that after they start counting fetuses in population and censuses, in HOV 2 and 3 lanes, and also take care of babies after they are born haha.

Since abortion would only be allowed for Rape and incest, the victim would need to say under oath that they were a victim and not just some female wanting to kill off her property (property like slaves were)
She would in effect be reporting a crime and if not true she would be reporting a false crime and that is illegal
