Does it ban personal travel? No. Is Newsom traveling on state business? Also, no. Do you understand the difference between official state business and a personal vacation? Maybe you don't. California does not ban personal travel to any state. It does ban travelling to Montana for official state business. Huge difference. Or as Trump would say, "Yuge difference, YUGE!"
 
We should start counting pregnant women 2x or.more if pregnant for census etc..

Only in abortion does GOP count the fetus for protection and life status.....in all other areas they dont count at all I guess.

Doing such would change the political map and could cause another realignment of the state's voting district map when these children reach the age to vote...18 years old. :D

Seriously, the overturning of Roe...the law of the land becomes the state to decide. If nothing changes going forward after Roe was overturned...I can see more of the poor southern states turning bluer when these children become 18 years old...able to vote because its a law that impacts the poor, minorities, and immigrants the most.

Simply, the women not able to travel out of state for an abortion will be impacted the most. Essentially creating more voters for the future as the population continues to expand. In fact, an expanding population tends to vote more Democratic.
