Red States will force rape and incest victims to give birth, parental rights for rapists

There is nothing about abortion in the Constitution. That is the conclusion of the Court. The decision was correct even if many people do not like it. Do you understand it? Why are you so hysterical?

There was nothing about women voting in the Constitution until it was amended. The decision was correct even if many people do not like it. Do you understand it?

The fucking Supreme Court just banned the protection from states to ban it! Dumbass? That is why the country is now in turmoil?!? Holy shit, you know shit from shinola!

Abortion was legal in every state until their decision! STUPIDO!

Even the right to vote is not an enumerated power

Create new amendment on rights of privacy

Overnight, I do understand. An amendment to the Constitution is almost impossible to achieve. The solution is a federal law. Schumer offered his solution, which was pretty much a carte blanche to kill babies right before they come out. Almost all blue senators voted for this baby-killing law. It is obvious that Schumer did not try to make a real solution but he was just provoking Congress and the People. He also exposed his party to shame of the highest degree. Let a better Congress find a real solution. Vote for Republicans in November! The baby killers should go away.

Nothing wrong with that if mother's life is in danger which is what almost all late term abortions are about.

It was an argument against my statement that Schumer and his band of senators are baby killers. Now, read the original proposal https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/senate-bill/4132/text. I did. It is quite short and amazingly simple to read. There is nothing there to make a concrete restriction on the time of abortions. The proposal is using term "fetal viability", which could be treated as 24 weeks or not depending on who is treating it. The chances of survival of a child at 24 weeks of gestation are 40-70%. The current state of the Democrats in Congress is sad. Your support of this law is sad and your dare to call normal people, who are standing against it, the extremists!

For complete disclosure, once more time, I am not against abortions. I am against liberals like you.

You are ranting and nitpicking about a bill that didn't pass on a thread where Republicans are forcing a 10 year old to give birth to her rapist's child.

And if you are not against abortions and not virtue signaling about it then it's upto each individual to decide about their life and liberty, who the fuck are you to tell others what to do?

I am not ranting, you do. Look at your post and calm down.
The fact that the bill did not pass has no meaning in the discussion. There was an effort to pass it and senators voted. They are on record now.

You are derailing the thread about Republicans forcing children to give birth by talking about a Dem bill that didn't even pass. You have zero comments about the Republican record, wonder why.
