Red Sky acquired by ITG

Hmmm... I was just about to open an account at Red Sky in order to test them out as an alternative to IB (Universal account available at Red Sky). Today I found out that Red Sky has been acquired by ITG. Does anyone have an opinion about ITG? The information on their website is a bit generic with lots of 'bizspeak'. However, they seem to be a presence in the industry. I haven't heard of most of their proprietary stuff but that doesn't mean much.

Anyone have an indication as to what we might expect from Red Sky in the future? The only mention of the Red Sky deal on the ITG site is the press release and the old Red Sky website redirects you to that release; therefore, there doesn't seem to be a Red Sky site up right now (I'll go take another look around the 'Net now).
 
I recall the ITG person saying something about it during their session at June's Sandler O'Neil brokerage conf, but don't recall what he said. You may want to go look up the archived webcast for his session.
