Recording Of A B-17 Can Help People Sleep And Beat Anxiety

This is actually very relaxing. I haven't tried sleeping with it, but I have it on in the background on my computer right now. And I'm sure I'll have it on when I trade tomorrow.

It is also a constant reminder of how easy my life is. I have never been in the military, and I can't imaging being in a B-17 over Europe with a constant fear of being killed by German BF-109s or flak batteries.

Yes, it is called brown noise. I have posted videos of long airliner flights for this very reason, when talking about relaxation and being calm during a rough day. Somewhere in other threads...in other sections, hehe..
