closed out of the LDK stock. Didn't want to carry overnight.
not that it really matters in how I trade but its interesting that LDK is up 27% due to the energy bill moving through congress and yet the news about LDK being a defendant in a class action suit appears to have been overlooked.

no trades today but did monitor the market. I expect I may be holding LDK for several more days.
Its amazing how LDK is looking like EXM did during its runup. after today its clear that EXM was overbought and that holding would have been the correct thing to do (in this case anyway)
The LDK calls are losing about $150 per day in time value. I expect LDK to fall tomorrow as well as Friday and I will be looking to exit on Friday or Monday with either a closing out order for eight calls or buy buying (covering) the stock to gain to gain the option value in the next couple of weeks.
I think LDK is a dog with flees and the books are cooked. The lawsuits that have been filed and allegations will most likely keep any big money from investing for the short term. As a result any spikes in price should be tempered and retraced quickly.(like today)
