Somehow I missed a short with STP today. I work all day so perhaps I was away from my desk when TS alert went off. I have now changed the pop up to stay on until i click it to go away. The good news is that I would not have made much so i didnt lose much in profits.
NUE really caught on fire after I bought it back to go flat. While thats not unusual the fact that it fell at the end was. Usually i see they carry through to the end.
Watching ECA for a short there perhaps as early as tomorrow EOD. Will need to be above 68.73 to consider. With it being a Friday I am thinking we may have a good short for over the weekend.
Ended the day with one trade for +233
+809 for the week

Its not a suprise that i didnt find any shorts
(did get a new signal alert for BUD short > 52.15 around 12 cst but being a new signal and a very small movement i passed)

Looks like a nice setup with the market down so strong. if the overall market it up that will surely add some wind to the sails

bought 1 more at the ASK at 20.40 (someone right after me bought 4 more and posted a bid at 20.40)
gives me an average of 20.55 1 cent above the low for the day.

Well MAT started out today on the right path of where I thought it would go.
Then around 1:30 CST it started falling.
sold both units at 20.61 +.045
ended my first long trade on the new signal +9
I do expect it to continue higher in the next few days but I wanted to protect a small win and not allow it to turn into a loss. (especially considering its the first trade of the signal)
might try buying some more if it falls into the sub 20.45 area

This one could have been bought at the close friday with the <9B signal but didnt.
at 52.39 its about 1% down from the close yesterday and lower than the low of
Friday. I did try to move the price down another 5 or so cents seeing heaving selling but was too late.
put another buy order in at 52.21 has not hit yet and actually FRE has moved higher since the start of this post.

MAT moved higher at the close. I would expect it to further climb tomorrow and through the week. Still not sure if it was a good idea to exit or not. Probably better to be careful as I try out the new Long signals.
FRE moved higher also on the close while I was gone. Looks like I again sold near the best pricing of the day as (other than the open which would have been better) it did not trade lower after the 10 min bar that I bought at (52.35 was bar low)

started out so nice. had a pre market bid of +1.09 and thought about hitting it but have found that premarket can leave a lot of money on the table.
FRE did move even higher briefly but then fell and fell hard. as I type this I see FRE moved a little higher since I sold but I would rather take a small with than any loss with a falling stock that I am long (although the thought did occur that maybe I should buy even more 'on the dip')
will sit back and wait for the next setup
