Recommended Stock and Commodity Trading Software?

Hey,
So we've been looking for a good software that will handle both our Stock assets as well as our gold and silver commodities.
Cost isn't a big deal, but free is always good ;)
Does anyone have a good recommendation for a portfolio software that handles both of these aspects well?
