you can sign up for free trials without speaking to anybody. You want to use multicharts, you have a problem with IB datafeed, use www.iqfeed.net with multicharts which is much faster than IB. They have a free trial.
Not unicorn but a reasonable RT option charting platform, IB is a disgrace in that part and TOS is unreliable especially when there is high volatility.Your looking for a unicorn now.
