I found that a gathering table works great (tall dining room table). Mine is 39" high I believe. Monitors in two rows on top of that are perfect height for me at 5'10".
I just purchased mine from Ashley furniture for $330. Its really nice with a drawer in it as well. You can take a look at the same exact one on Ashley's website (do a google search). Its called the prarie view.
or, a really cheap alternative, raise your monitor(s) on one of those plastic, portable file cabinets that are 11" high. Raise keyboard and mouse as well with a board across something about 6" high. I did this also.

Next you will say that you trade off a wireless laptop. Hell while I am dreaming I would love to trade off a wireless laptop with one of the back massaging chairs from relax the back. Of course I would fall asleep and miss the signals
