Everyone should note this is not the complete context of the announcement in Denmark -- but this type of convoluted assertions is what we come to expect from substack blogs. Note the author, Igor Chudov, is a anti-vax Covid-denier who has pushed continuous misinformation.

First the announcement only relates to boosters. The Danish government is urging those over 50, those as high risk, and those who live with anyone at high risk to get the booster in the autumn booster program. Denmark has long supported those over 50 getting regular Covid boosters -- which is backed by their research. This Danish government announcement is merely an expression of that policy -- and defines the priority order for providing boosters to the population. Denmark is receiving 4.5 million Omicron booster shots in September -- note the population of Denmark is only 5.8 million so they are expecting a majority of their population to get the Omicron booster this fall & winter (before the doses expire).
