I find it interesting that the general opinion amongst the working public is somewhat happy that BSC is under severe pressure and perhaps even bankrupt.

Too long have the I-bankers and Wall-street mavens played up their masters of the universe appearance and now the players themselves are starting to feed on each other.

I wonder if one bedroom condo's in manhattan will drop below 500k any time soon?

I don't need it, its not a fantasy and there are going to be quite a few fallen. Perhaps not the megarich, but some people are gonna get some haircuts.

I don't rejoice on other people's losses, I was just stating people's perceptions.

but I am still looking a cheaper condo in manhattan (thats probably a fantasy..)
