I'm an Italian trader; I'm in contact with an Usa direct access broker for trading Nasdaq stocks;
They offered me an interesting fees plan and offered me Realtick platform;I tried their demo and I've found some difficulties in setting some tools;
I'd like to open an a real account for PDT with them; they gave me support in english but I'd like to know if someone knows if I could find a support in Italian for setting Realtick platform;
mostly for Nasdaq stocks with specific routes tools;
In Italy there are 2 brokers that use Realtick but only for Italian stock exchange with different settings; they told me can't help me...I inquired about it also in Italian trading forums and nobody seems able to help me...
How may I solve this trouble? before starting in real trading I'd like to know well the platform..
