Realized Profit not shown in Balances

I've been with Interactive Brokers since 2011

but this month i find out after i close my NZD.USD position,
the realized profit didn't shown in my Balances

i've made 3 ticket without any response from them.

hope someone from Interactive Brokers would be able to help

Have you tried clicking every button [within reason]?? MY P+L/profit today isnt showing up today, in [another major broker]; but its its in activity, today.
I figure its in there somewhere, 1 or 2 times for that trade you made ;''orders''.......................................................also

i hope you're right, but i've trade FX using TWS since 2011 and very familiar with it.

First, as you exposed your account number on your post I took the liberty to look into your account. I have checked the ticket system for messages from February and see none. I suspect you are not sending tickets in properly.

As for your comment, I'm not quite clear what you are asking. Looking at your statements, your currency conversions/trades are all marked to market under the MTM column of your statement daily. Under FX balances, your cost price, cost basis close price, value in USD and unrealized p/l are also itemized. In the snapshot, you enter a position of short 18K, you close the position and the pnl is displayed. You add to the position so there is no realized pnl and then when you close it out, there is a realized pnl . I see no issues unless I'm missing something

i open the short position (18K NZD.USD) several month ago in 2019 when NZD.USD was still at 0.67823 and close the position at 0.62415, so it made more than 500pips hence USD 981.21 profit.
but what i noticed was after closing the trade ( 2020-Mar-03 ) my fund doesn't increase USD 981.21.

i open the short position (18K NZD.USD) several month ago in 2019 when NZD.USD was still at 0.67823 and close the position at 0.62415, so it made more than 500pips hence USD 981.21 profit.

Our records don't indicate that and you should look at when you deposited the funds. Please look at your statements and I'm sure you can resolve things from there. If any doubt, look at Feb 28 and then March 2nd. if further questions, go to the message center and send in a ticket. Furthermore, your funds wouldn't increase at the time of closing a position. They would adjust daily.

which part of your records is not sync with my comments ? what are your records saying ?

This pic (2020-Feb-28) show my average price = 0.67823, while market price = 0.6248.
so please tell me which part of my story is not correct ?
