I'm sending the signals after placing my order in the market, so if for example signal is Long @ 1131.5 and once you receive it the market increased to 1132 this is up to you to enter at that level or not.
Regarding the Stop and Target you can trail your Stop and lock on profit or you can move your target up or down based on your knowledge.
