Real Time Stocks Screener. PLEASE HELP!

I will most appreciate if anyone could give me a hint:

Which product I have to use to receive in real time the list of stocks that meet specific pre-defined criteria associated with my own formula (for example, I need stocks that are traded now 5 cents below S3 support line)?

if you can narrow your list to let say 500 then you can use something like IQFeed or netfeed. they are very inexpensive. 30-40$ a month. i know that some ppl using yahoo for such purpose too. it's even cheaper.
 
IqFeed coupled with your Excel Spreadsheet is one way you can tackle the problem.

You will be limited to 500 symbols.

Also, you will need to supply the excel formulas as well as the support and resistance pivot values for each cell in the spreadsheet. Then, make a comparison to them with the cells containing the real time quote for each symbol. The symbols in the spreadsheet that meet your requirements can be turned green, for instance.
