sometimes those are called grid applications or scanners. Tradestation has a great one, so does Multicharts... ones I've not tried include AMIBroker, Openquant, Esignal, Tickzoom...

I think Trade-Ideas you can test for free (data is delayed), but its enough to see if you like it.

StockVision is another good one if you like trading stocks that trade at least 400,000 shares a day or so.
