Real-time Level 2 quotes for US equity options

Where can I get real-time Level 2 quotes for US equity options? I prefer "display data" (data for humans to read on a screen), rather than a data feed/API.

Related question: how does data dissemination for US equity options work? Does all option trade and quote information go through OPRA? Is there a large delay when using data from OPRA?
