I currently use Qcharts.

CNBC shows fairmarket before the open, but I would like to have the FV as a quote and also would like to learn about when to expect program trading to kick in.

I would also Like to know about how the NQ price should be compared to the QQQ

AND since I'm asking I might as well ask how others play the FV spread

Any help on my FV quest would be great.
