Has anyone ever worked as a real time energy trader? Iâm going to start applying to some positions that open up near me but I donât have any experience with energy trading. I have a BSEE and have been trading my own account for about 3 years, but thatâs the only relevant experience I have. Another thing is that I canât seem to find much on what the day to day operations of this job is. From what I can find out, you work 12 hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. I also heard that because of the hours that these positions usually have a high turn over rate.
