Real Time charting software with buy signals?

I'm on the new side of trading, and wanted to know if anyone can recommend a charting program that shows you in real time buy and sell points, if that exists...AND
Is there one that will do this for candlesticks?
Of all the charts which one would you recommend a new guy to focus on that would not be too far over his head?
