Real time API for trading

I’m looking to trade options based on momentum indicators programmatically. What should I look out for in terms of obstacles.

If you are looking for a realtime options trading API, then you should look at Tradier or IBKR is also an option. The rest are all very limited and wot. Get access as a developer.
