Real Tick vs QCharts

I used RT3 many moons ago before I switched to
QCharts. One of the key feature I like in QCharts is
it's "Hot List" function which essentially gives you a
market minder screen which is dynamically updated with
the top 25 - 100 stocks meeting the "hotlist"
criteria.

I see that Real Tick now has a "Tal Chain Listings"
which contains "Nasdaq Hot Number trades" and other categories.

Do these "Tal Chain Listings" create dynamically updated
lists within a market minder somehow? Is it similar to
QCharts Hotlists?
