i know employers get a 35% tax credit now and then a 50% credit in 2014 for their healthcare expense. however, does the new Obama Care law make these credits permanant or just temporary?

Under ObamaCare it looks like the Small Business Tax credits / incentives expire in 2016 for under 50 employees.
i do not know about the tax credit for the mandatory coverage of more than 50 employees; since its mandatory, are those tax credits permanant? anyone?
