There are futures, including some city-specific products. But there's no volume and you'll get savaged on the premium.

Real Estate Value ETF is redundant. Real Estate is mostly in the small value category already.

EQR might be your closest proxy for home value appreciation if you believe that long term values are grounded by the alternative of renting.
