Don't know anything about Costa Rica RE, but that location doesn't look like it earns a 6MM price tag to me.
Beachfront maybe, but not in the jungle and without a pool!

What type of property in the US for the same price?Just to compare.I think the property prices in CR is wildly exaggerated.I agree it doesnt cost $6M,doesn`t even cost $3M.
