You always leverage real estate, buy the biggest house you can, its the biggest write off there is. Those who donot own real estate are shoving dollars into Uncle Sams lap right now.
Property taxes are a natural part of living in American and its not a rent , the real estate is a fee simple, its your own deed and there are no other ownership rights.
