Real Buying vs Sellers Not Selling

drift is definatly the word for the action lately.
I think there is just not a lot of interest in the mutual funds which was the heavy factor in the stock market motion. Makes it move for us small potatoe day traders. Everyone got so burned there is little money left in those things.
Buy and hold? Bah Humbug!

Is there anyway to see what the real-time short interest is in a stock?

The naz formed a beautiful double top this week then receded, thus not breaking its primary (bear) trend. The Dow and S & P didn't come close to their targets. Should/could be a good week to see the downtrend continue again and see if we retest/break prev. lows.
Couldn't be this easy though, watch closely.

Da bears won today, but not Sun go Pats! 1300 next support for naz, after that 1110 retest of previous low. Watching & reacting not predicting.
