If you had actually took 5 minutes and researched Trumps past beyond the Huffington Post byline, I'm sure you would discover what a charitable, stand-up guy Donald is. But you won't. So you end up talking about shit you know nothing about and erode your own credibility in the process.

What is the balance between freedoms and government? Did the fathers of the US understand the potential problems? Do these words hint at something that we seem to have forgotten?
"...We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness..."
Of course, the sad part is that Republicans would claim that the current government is exactly doing this: "That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends".
You can read any sufficiently ambiguous document to forward your argument. The only final arbiter is the people, and we have something like 160 million people of working age, of which something like 50 million are living second world within the first world of the US. Those people are going to vote for bigger government.
The question is, at what point do people just vote to become lazy. That is why I think the UBI is a better system than Welfare and Social Security.
