What's the "Payup" value ?

Payup determines your worst possible price. If the market is 16 offered and you are willing to "payup" five ticks, TT will place the buy limit at 21. You'll likely get filled at 16/17 but it's a safety net to help ensure you get filled

Yes, the bracket components, the limit and stop, will be managed on a server. Your initial order will be at the exchange matching engine.

Is this working the same way as ADL created bracket would work? Manage by SSE or Algo server?

Yes, TT will support volume based triggers although I don't have a date for release of that feature. Yes, the bracket logic is managed by our algo engine.
