I was wondering if anyone who has read Mind over Markets can help me out here.
Can someone explain the difference between an "Open - Test - Drive" opening and an "Open - Rejection - Reverse" opening ?
Is the difference simply that in the rejection opening, the market travels further in the "wrong" direction before reversing and going the other way ?
I'm trying to get a firm grasp on this topic.
