Royal Bank Of Australia meeting tonight to discuss rates. Expected to raise them another .25%.

Yes, that's the meeting's point - the December meeting on Monetary Policy.

Yes, and since RBA Deputy Governor Ric Battellino said last week that Australian economy has entered new phase of growth to last for years it is expected another increase is coming - but a move in the Aussie MAY already be priced in. Attention will be on the accompanying statement for future expectations.
