RAW diet Meal Plan

Diabetes? Hey, i saw a segment on some show (real helpfull I know, it may come to me-on australian sbs/or abc) a lady with medically treated diabetes, joint pain, all sorts of problems, changed her diet to one consuming around 40grams of fibre per day, lentils, beans, lots of beans, she was off meds within a month or two, everything else fixed to.

Its logical a raw food diet would do much the same, with the amount of soluble /insoluble fibre in even basic raw fruit and vegetables.
