i am really befuddled.....you can eat quality food from the like of whole foods..ie pasture raised beef or wild caught seafood for the amount ($5-$8) folks spends at fast food joints.
we are a nation of food and nutrition illiterates.
a couple of years ago mcdonalds switched form cod or pollack to hoki in their fish-o-filet: would you eat this? its also a bottom feeder.

Actually Hoki or its sometimes called Rat Tail is a good eating fish and remember Cod also feeds on the bottom.Quote from iprph90:

sustainability is questionable at best....besides anytime i read that a corporation is doing some environmentally responsible, i ask how does it benefit THEM? lets not forget that profit margins are also a factor.
