Also for any item like this one needs a credible history of how this certificate was obtained... Stories like "I found a previously unknown painting by van Gogh in my granny's garret " rarely pass without explantion.
Personally, I prefer this Einstein art work--I don't think Einstein sigs are worth much more than $250 or so....

NO WAY is that water loged sketch worth 75k, no way---its from an unknown artist and if the signature is legit thats its only auction value--- as you can see, einstein sigs don't command much of premium, add in the extensive moisture damage, and its worth about 75.00 or so

Most stand alone signatures like the one you show are worthless because of the potential of forgery. They are a dime a dozen.
The pencil drawing was restored. The damage was fixed as stated earlier. The artist isn't unknown as well. The value of that piece comes from the photos accompanying the piece of Einstein sitting for the piece, the artists notoriety and a picture of Einstein and the artist signing it. I only have $500 invested in it, including the restoration. It is one of those instances that was a great garage sale type find.
I have the limited edition Einstein that Andy Warhol did that was a better modern art representation than the one you posted the picture of too. Go check the current price on that one Surfy.

Ok, I wasn't aware of the peripheral accompaniments to the sketch. Maybe it's worth more than my initial estimate. I only buy originals, sometimes from unknowns and a few have worked out nicely. Others not so much. Buy art cause you like it, it's generally a poor investment. With that said, sounds like you got a great deal.
