Interesting to revise Germany's history in regards to sex.
I did not know that during the 20s, Germany was known as the
place for sex.

Also in the 30's and 40's, the Nazi's encouraged premiscuous behavior among women.

I don't know that much about the Nazi period per se. I would imagine
their were pro-German women being into "motherhood" images. But this
is obviously an assumption to be checked.

I did find it illustrated a very strange way of thinking. I am more into understanding

Typical of adolescent girls. They didn't "think" about what such immigration would mean, they just adopted and embraced what they were told.
Some dumbasses like to quip, "you get the government you deserve". Do the rape victims "deserve it" just because they elected Merkel? SOME german police officers were informed at least few days before that some groups of "migrants" were planning some rapes. These they got the information early on, in the "refugees" centers.
Funnily enough, German police knows how to control riots of more than thousands of people -
even using tir gas, firing in the air to scare the crowds,
german police can control demonstrations of 10s of thousands of people,
but can not - even when informed beforehand - control mere thousand of rapist gangs.
Same story as our "kamikazes" in Paris, where now, we are discovering the fugitive radicalised islamist was mistaken for a rent boy.

The German (European) police know exactly how to deal with big groups of thugs, they were used to dealing with football hooligans most weekends and still are. The British police would video and target individuals and groups of football hooligans, managing to stamp a lot of the violence out in the early 2000's. You do still get the big flare ups now and again that usually ends up with thousands of arrests during and after any incidents.
