Her showing up to those states would not have made black and progressive voters like her and she got about as much of the moderate democrat vote that a democrat can hope to get,more than she actually needed.

Hillary's campaign can be summed up as:

"trump sucks and his supporters suck too"

If she spent as much time talking about jobs, economy, trade, etc... she could have won the 300,000 - 400,000 votes that were swung to trump or dumped on Stein. She had no campaign plan while trump screamed every magic phrase voters wanted to hear.

I cannot respect any strategy that entails "I will just stay at home and let a party I hate win just because my party couldnt get all my selfish plans passed"

selfish is demanding free college education for all.knowing there is no way that will ever pass. Selfish in terms of pushing.an agenda to.serve their own personal need rather than facing reality.of the political.climate...like all politicians.

You didn't ask me, but I thought I'd throw out there that I'd be far, far more open to many of these programs if we had a way to pay for them - like cutting the defense budget and stop being the world police. If we did that and could be budget neutral, then sure. I'd much rather spend the $$ on Americans than Ukrainians or Taiwanese, etc.

I don't like throwing money at people. I think the student loan forgiveness is terrible economics. Young Americans need to be better educated about what the job market is like and what skills are needed as well as historical/current salaries in those occupations. I would like to see a job site for all public/private sector openings with all hard/soft skills listed needed for the job. If there aren't enough Americans to fulfill those jobs we can prioritize immigrants who are able (or show a willingness) to get the skills necessary to fill them. This should also help with inflation since it is those higher skilled tradespeople retiring that is putting significant upward pressure on the cost of things like housing. I think if people only knew how much plumbers were making compared to those with an art history degree they might think twice about where they want to put their money.

If thats selfish than promising those things knowing you cant deliver or have no intent to deliver is even more selfish.Progressives and blacks aren't pissed with Biden for not delivering promises he never made
