The two ways to find the strongest stocks that I have found are Investors business daily, methodology not disclosed, and www.stockcharts.com technical ranking (sctr). Are there any other ways to find the strongest stocks in the market?

I think it's too subjective. There are no clear criteria to define the strongest stocks.

You can use virtually any technical indicator or virtually any combination of technical indicators to rank stocks but of course the technical indicator(s) selected have to make sense to you. I looked at the make-up of sctr and it appears to be pretty arbitrary, so it's not for me, but apparently the Stock Charts folks are satisfied with it. Good luck with your search.

I think any TA screening software will do this---- My old employer Larry Connors has a cool system for free on his site ranking stocks via his tweaked RSI http://analytics.tradingmarkets.com/Lists/?subID=1
