Range Expansion Software?

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a trading program that highlights "range" expansion relative to the trading period that is being studied, real-time?

Tradestation will colour the bars that meet certain criteria in real time. Other software does this as well in realtime eg. esignal.
 
The indicator to use is called Avg True Range and Tradestation and I think most other software platforms will have this in their indicator portfolio.
 
You can also take a look at a Keltner-like moving envelope.

Here's an example on a 5 minute chart with a 5 period range average and a 2 period MA of average price.

Any customizable trading software can do it, TS, WL, TR, TI, ML, MS, etc. etc...

If a software can't do it, it's not worth it. Those features should be included in Datafeed these days...
