Whew! Broke out of the tailspin this week. I'm still bullish on the retail sector and JC Penney in particular.

What do you guys think about silver? Silver stocks have been been beaten down for about three years now. I rarely ever trade metal/mining stocks (just closed out my Alcoa position at a profit after about six months).
 
This week there were 321 new 52-week lows, the most since the week ending November 16, 2012 when there was 293 new lows. (I clean my database of ETFs, notes, warrants, preferred stock and WIs so that I'm only looking at common stocks.) You would have to go all the way back to the week ended September 23, 2011 to find more 52-week lows (673).
