An eastbound train was traveling at 60 mph approaching a tunnel.
At the same time a westbound train was approaching the same tunnel, also traveling at 60 mph.
These were passenger trains.
Yet, there was not a single injury.
How did this happen?
The tunnel is 100 yards long, and has only a slight grade.
The month this happened was January.
There was a small amount of snow on the ground.
