I'm celebrating reaching my first weight goal - 200 LBS. Or a 31 LB loss from my peak weight. I had Papa Johns Pizza bread sticks and multiple glasses of red wine. Tomorrow, it's back to the grind. To lose another 15 LBS, plus what I gained back today, of course.

I never knew archery could be so seductive.

Speaking to you guys today from an old desktop computer. My $900 Toshiba laptop died and I have to mail it in for a repair. The power strip has a plug in every outlet and I have a cord running across the room to connect my DSL modem to the phone. Should I buy a cheap laptop to keep around for emergencies such as this? Do you guys keep a back-up computer? Until 1996 I never even owned a computer, now I can't get by without one.

P.S.---Used zero gallons of gas.

PPS: You're lucky you weren't smashed by a car while out riding. In my neighborhood the traffic is so thick and reckless I would never consider bike riding in it.

Good going. I haven't stepped on a scale in a long time, but I started eating less. On weekends I only eat two meals a day, brunch and a late dinner.

Not as long as the old desktop subs okay till you get your laptop back.
