That book about the raid on OBL's compound in Abbotobad is number 1 on the Amazon best seller list and it hasn't even been released yet. The first run is only 300,000 copies, I would imagine they are already starting the second run.

Arnold's book isn't in the top part of the list, I have it on pre-order.
