Ny State passed a 2% property tax cap, I have no clue when it goes into effect. Albany country (state capitol) is working on the budget = 19%, phew, just made it under the wire. 19% is bare bones with cuts, I tossed the article but they're already moaning about next year because mandates, (pensions, health care medicare are going to be at least 8-10% increases. Fck 'em I hope they choke on their 2%.

Agreed. The more losses for Vick the better. I paid $100USD for great seats 6 rows from the field. I think this was somewhere in the mid-range for ticket prices there.
