The policeman pulls you over and finds a gun in your car. He asks to see your concealed carry permit. You hand him a copy of the Constitution.

It's the Constitution that gives you the right to have your gun; not some concealed carry permit.

Has this been brought to the Supreme Court?
 
I learned (not through experience) not to argue law with a cop. he is just doing his job and I want him to go on his/her way asap.

I just tell them yeah yeah yeah give me my ticket. Give your ticket and some cash to a lawyer and everything is reduced to "parking on pavement".

My all time "best" ticket. ....

Passing a marked sheriff car while crossing a double yellow line.

I saw that on the evening news last night. I don't recall them mentioning "all of the suspects were black or Hispanic" though.

You making that up or did the PC police prevent them from reporting it?

In some states you're not required to show it or even volunteer that you're carrying; unless you're committing a crime at the time.
