As Hurricane Irene prepares to batter the East Coast, federal disaster officials have warned that Internet outages could force people to interact with other people for the first time in years. Residents are bracing themselves for the horror of awkward silences and unwanted eye contact. FEMA has advised: “Be prepared. Write down possible topics to talk about in advance. Sports...the weather. Remember, a conversation is basically a series of Facebook updates strung together.

That's just great, no Facebook. Now I have to phone 326 of my friends to tell them 'I hate work, I'm having a beer and going to bed, lol'. It'll take me all night!

Of course. But, I'm sure you don't mean the NFL. I think you might mean like the North Georgia shooting team, the Florida panhandle shooting team, the western South Carolina shooting team, etc.

I'd be really surprised if you came out taking snaps for the Dolphins. (That's a football team. Taking snaps has nothing to do with black eyed peas.)
