The best thing for your monitor is to turn it off when you walk away. It saves the pixels, the electric bill, heat gain, etc.

Frankly, I'm surprised the Irish community is not in an uproar over the term "Big Mac" OR Mc ______ (fill in the blank) whatever. Very offensive.
