I would like to see more incentives. However, I do not want to encourage food-based incentives as on the whole the population is fat enough already.
I used to buy these bath towels at wall mart. They were maybe 27 x 34 or something like that and sold for $1.50 This was a great size, quick to dry and our house uses plenty of towels.
Now I went to buy replacements and lo and behold you can't find this size anywhere, everything is now 30 x 54. Too big.
I thought with the high price of cotton no one would be up sizing towels.
