It's a good thing too. I was going to post "Nutmegs kitchen tips" on Friday but I'll post a tip for the day - today.

Here goes...:D

You should always cook using a clean pot. I really fucked up today and my eggs and potatoes had burnt shit stuck you couldn't tell with the sausages though. I cook everything at once together in a skillet, I try to keep stuff apart but the left over stuff stuck in the bottom of the pan just burnt then stuck to everything. yum! btw, the stuff in the pot was yesterdays eggs sausage and potatoes. I didn't think it would matter that much.

Stay tuned tomorrow where we discuss cooking on a clean bbq grill. So steak doesn't taste like hot dogs.
 
Brother Nutmeg...if you get the chance please discuss the George Foreman grill, also.
It trumps the standard bbq grill for a number of reasons, IMO.
