I've had that conversation. Me and this one girl were regulars at this C&W bar. She had her guy friends (pick up- too) and I had my gal friends.One night near closing time we found ourselves alone with no one to screw. We had a couple of drinks and discussed having sex. We decided not to wreck the friendship by having sex but not before we went through a list of each others faults. It was funny now that I think about it.

ps she wasn't ugly more like plain & ordinary. (I've had ugly- only to remind oneself of what one must never do)):D
